Our bounce houses are made for children between the ages of 3-10, however, young children can be accompanied by an adult if there are no other children present.
All participants must remove their shoes and loose objects before entering the moon bounce.
Only one person should jump at a time. No roughhousing or pushing is allowed.
Do not enter the moon bounce with food or beverages.
Do not jump near the entrance/exit or walls.
Children must be supervised at all times inside the moon bounce.
Follow the instructions of the attendant at all times.
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Adults must ensure children follow the rules.
Remind children to take turns and avoid dangerous behavior.
Supervisors must stay attentive.
Do not exceed the weight limit: Max total weight 500-800 lbs.
Do not allow participants who exceed the weight limit.
Maintain even weight distribution to prevent damage.
By signing, you release Royal Jump House LLC from any claims of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from use of the rental equipment. You assume all responsibility and risk. You also agree to indemnify Royal Jump House LLC for any issues caused by your guests or use of the equipment.

Payment is due upon setup. Accepted methods: Cash App, Credit Card, or Zelle. No checks.
Non-weather cancellations must be made with 24-hour notice. Late cancellations require 50% of rental fee. In case of rain, notify before delivery or you’ll still owe 50% if the driver arrives.
You are responsible for the equipment while in your care. Do not loan or move the inflatable. Damaged/lost units may incur a replacement fee of $4000. There are no warranties expressed or implied.
